1. Right of withdrawal

1.1 Full return policy - There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

1.2 For items / gifts purchased for a Christmas gift on 24 December - there is always a 14-day right of return from and including 24 December each year. Applies only to Christmas gifts and not to ordinary purchases, here pkt. 1.1.

1.3 Exercise of the right of withdrawal - Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase has been received. The notice must be given per. mail to info (@) In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

1.4 Return costs - The customer must cover the return costs for exercising the right of withdrawal. The purchase price of the item will be refunded to the customer after Chandize's warehouse has received the item.

1.5 Condition of the item when you send it back - You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to other handling than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. The item must be in unused and preferably unopened original packaging when exercising the right of withdrawal.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

1.6 Right of withdrawal lapses - The right of withdrawal lapses if you have purchased an item that has been made especially for you.

1.7 Return address - The item is sent to: Chandize, C / O Steen M. Nielsen, Moltkesvej 18, 9330 Dronninglund.

We need the following information when you send the item to us:

Your name and address
Order number & item number it relates to (possibly copy of invoice)
Your account number (so we can send you money back faster)
For the right of withdrawal, write "Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal".
Please fill out this form and enclose it with the returned item.

Packages sent on COD are not accepted.

2. Right of complaint

2.1 Right of complaint - A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing, this type of defect must be reported immediately when the product is received or no later than 14 days after purchase. The complaint does not apply to faults or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product, or by normal expected wear.

2.2 Complaints - In the event of a complaint, please contact us at and explain the defect in the product, and send pictures of it.

2.3 Right of complaint Solutions - If an item turns out to be defective, the Purchase Act allows you to choose between several solutions.

Your choices are:

You can have the defect remedied, eg have the item repaired
You can have the item exchanged for a new item
You can get a discount on the price
You can get your money back - cancel the purchase

However, if you choose to get your money back or a reduction in the price, Chandize (the seller) may reject your claim if the seller instead offers you to choose between having the defect remedied, eg by a repair or having the item exchanged.

However, you can not demand to cancel the purchase and get your money back if there is an insignificant defect.
